Getting Over Your Pasta Panic

Cooking Pasta is one of the most simplest of all. Just boil water and add pasta. Voila! You have your dinner. But, at times it is the simplest dishes that get complicated and prove to be tricky.

Making pasta is not easy as it sounds. Getting your pasta cooked to perfection is crucial. It should get cooked just enough so that it is not too chewy and not overcooked as well. After cooking the pasta, there are other factors such as the vegetables, meat, oil etc.

In case you are not able to get your head around this, we are here to help. Here is how you take control of cooking pasta.

While cooking pasta, use a large pot that can give you plenty of room. Using one with a lid will be a better choice. Add lots of water to the pot so that your pasta is completely submerged. Add salt and a generous amount of salt to the water. Add so much salt that the water tastes like sea water. Bring the water to a complete boil. Only then, add the pasta and keep stirring. Do not move away from the pot while pasta is getting cooked.

There are better options available today to get your music heard by everyone apart from featuring in movies and television. Along with the financial benefit you get, you get a chance to expand your fan base and create a great looking resume.

Many of the background music that on the TV shows and movies are from songwriters and artists who are independent. It is not just the instrumentals but also the vocal and instrumental pieces that you hear on the TV shows are from these artists who are lesser known. Prepare a demo of your music and if all goes well your song could feature in the next big hit TV show.

Source Music is another option where your song could be placed in the show as something that is played from a device. For example, a character could be listening to radio and your song could be featured as the song that is being played. This is also one of the easiest methods to get a break in the music industry.

Another misconception that most people have is about the lyrics and tempo of the song that is suitable for a television show. Slow ballads and mournful songs do not work unfortunately. Some of the lyric themes that are in most demand is the ones about universal concepts and emotions such as love. You can also add names, places and other details that are relevant to the show to get yours featured.

One thing to keep in mind when sending our song to digitally is to make sure that you have embedded your contact information into the metadata section of your song file.

What If Life On Other Planets Actually Existed?

Humans have always looked up at the night skies and wondered if there was life beyond our small planet. This curiosity is as old as civilization itself and renewed interest on the subject doesn’t always stem from popular culture. Even early cave paintings show barely humanoid-looking depictions coming from the stars. Though it is unlikely that aliens visited mankind during some stage of our development, people have thought incessantly about alien life, what they would look like, and whether they would come peacefully, if they ever visited.

NASA’s administrator Charles Bolden state in 2015 that he believes that one day, we will discover other life forms at least in
neighboring solar systems if not our own. With the probability of literally thousands, if not a greater number of planets very similar to Earth, many scientists believe that evidence of life somewhere in the universe is very possible. There are a couple of theories why we may not have had extraterrestrial contact. One of them hypotheses that they are simply watcher, uninterested in contacting or allowing contact from humans, while another more complex theory states that in order to make life possible on any planet, the conditions must be so precise that there is very little chance of another earth existing in the universe.

However, there is no definitive way to know if aliens exist until we are contacted, something Stephen Hawking says can be dangerous. There is a possibility of finding more primitive life than advanced life, both which could infect humanity with diseases we have no resistance to. Yet finding
Extraterrestrial life would be a giant leap for science. The fact that we would no longer be alone in this vast abyss of space opens the door to a world of possibilities and a plethora of questions. The fact exists that if and when we find potential signs of alien life, it is a beacon that humans are no longer alone.
